Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026. Plain-language summary: we collect what you send us through our forms, use it to reply and deliver your project, never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Softiators ("Softiators", "we", "us") collects through https://softiators.com, why we collect it, and how it’s handled. It applies to visitors to our website and to clients engaging us for a project.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly: when you submit a contact or quote-request form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the service(s) you’re asking about, your project details or message, and any file you choose to attach.

Information collected automatically: standard technical data your browser sends to any website you visit — such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed — collected through server logs and, once configured, analytics tools like Google Analytics 4.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment details for engaged projects (bank, Payoneer, or crypto wallet information) are exchanged securely and directly during onboarding, never through a public web form.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to: respond to your enquiry and provide a quote; deliver, manage, and support any project you engage us for; send project-related communication (invoices, updates, deliverables); and, if analytics is enabled, understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.

We do not use your contact information for unsolicited marketing you haven’t asked for, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies & analytics

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential site functionality and, where enabled, analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Analytics data is generally anonymized or pseudonymized by the provider and used in aggregate — we don’t use it to individually track visitors across other sites.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so may affect some site functionality.

5. How we share information

We share information only with the parties needed to run our business and deliver your project: our email/SMTP provider (to deliver form submissions and project emails to our team), hosting providers, and analytics providers once configured. Each is bound to use your data only to provide that service to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Softiators, our clients, or others.

6. Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions and project-related communication for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver an engaged project, meet legal/accounting obligations, and maintain a business record — typically no longer than necessary for those purposes.

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you’re located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@softiators.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or UK, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and individuals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and if we learn we have, we will delete it.

10. International users

We’re headquartered in Washington, D.C., United States, with a team in London, United Kingdom, and serve clients worldwide. By using our site or engaging our services, you understand your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own; we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy regardless of where it’s processed.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision — material changes will be reflected here.

12. Contact us

Questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data can be sent to info@softiators.com, or through our contact page.
