The problem
Phone and WhatsApp orders were written down by hand at each branch, causing mix-ups during peak hours and no easy way to track which orders were delivered or paid.
What we built
An order booking dashboard for staff to log phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in orders in one place, tagged by branch, with kitchen-ready order slips and a simple delivery status tracker — paired with a trained order-booking team handling the calls.
The result
Order errors during peak hours dropped substantially, and management could finally see order volume and revenue per branch in real time.
